Free Learning Games for Kids
All 54 DoodleNook games in one place: math, English, science, coding, puzzles and brain games for ages 4–10. Every game is free, has levels that get harder, and needs no sign-up.
🧮 Math Mountain: Math games
Math Mountain has eight free math games for children aged 4 to 10. Every game starts gently, with counting apples or adding small numbers, and climbs through 10 levels to times tables, fractions, telling the time to five minutes and working out change. Children unlock the next level by getting at least 60% right, so they always practise at a level that suits them. Questions are made fresh each time, so a level can be replayed without simply memorising answers.
📚 English Explorer: English games
English Explorer has nine free English games that build vocabulary, spelling, phonics and grammar for children aged 4 to 10. Early levels use short, everyday words with pictures and spoken audio, while later levels bring in longer words, irregular plurals, synonyms and full sentences. Every word can be heard aloud, which helps early readers and children learning English as an additional language.
🔬 Science Lab: Science games
Science Lab has six free science quizzes for kids covering animals, space, the human body, plants, materials and forces, and weather and the Earth. Each topic has five levels, and every answer is followed by a short fun fact, so children learn something new even when they get a question wrong. Questions can be read aloud for younger children.
🌍 World Explorer: Geography games
World Explorer has six free geography quizzes for children: continents and oceans, countries and capitals, wonders of the world, animals around the world, maps and compass skills, and amazing places on our planet. Each topic has five levels and a short fun fact after every answer, and questions the child has seen recently are saved for later so every round feels new.
💻 Computer Club: Computer games
Computer Club introduces children to computing without any installs or sign-ups. Kids write step-by-step code to guide a robot, learn the parts of a computer and handy keyboard shortcuts, count in binary with light bulbs, and practise staying safe and kind online. It is a gentle first step into coding for ages 5 to 10.
⌨️ Typing Games: Typing games
DoodleNook has three free typing games for kids. In Bubble Typer, children pop letter bubbles starting from the home-row keys. Word Rain asks them to type falling themed words before they land, and Typing Race lets them race rival cars by typing sentences full of fun facts. Every game has 10 levels that get faster, so speed and accuracy improve together. It is ideal for ages 6 to 10 on any computer with a keyboard.
🧩 Puzzle Palace: Puzzles games
Puzzle Palace has seven puzzles for kids: mazes, sliding tiles, mini sudoku, word search, a picture-swap jigsaw, a copy-the-pattern memory game and the Tower of Hanoi. Word searches and pictures are new every time. They train planning, spatial reasoning, working memory and patience. Each puzzle grows step by step, from a tiny 3×3 grid or two disks up to challenges that stretch older children and adults.
🎮 Game Zone: Games games
Game Zone has eleven free games for children: quick reaction games like Whack-a-Mole and Fruit Catcher, a math caterpillar, a word-guessing balloon game and an emoji hunt, plus thinking games for memory, patterns, counting and logic. Each game has levels that get faster or trickier, so younger children can enjoy the first levels while older children chase three stars on the hardest ones. There are no ads, chat or in-game purchases.
